Delivery & Returns

Every GAZA Store order is packed with care at the GAZA head office in Malamulele, Limpopo. Here is how delivery, collection and returns work.

Delivery options

• Courier to your door: R120 anywhere in South Africa, usually 3 to 5 working days after your payment reflects.
• Free courier delivery on orders of R1,000 or more.
• Collect at the GAZA head office, 234 LT Farm, Malamulele, Collins Chabane, 0982: free. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Large event items such as gazebos and media backdrops may need extra time to prepare. We will confirm the timeline with you after your order.

Paying by EFT

Please pay within 48 hours using your order number as the reference, and email your proof of payment to [email protected]. Orders are dispatched once payment reflects. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges

• Wrong size? Clothing in its original, unworn condition can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock.
• Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us within 6 months of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault.
• Return delivery costs for exchanges are for the customer’s account, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
